Direct hire, also called permanent placement, is when we find an employee who joins your company on a permanent basis instead of working as a temporary worker.

How do I request construction workers?
Use our online request form or call 800-439-3360. Tell us the trade, the number of workers, the scope of work, the job location and your start date, and we will match screened candidates to your job.
How do you screen candidates?
We carefully screen every candidate and select people whose skills fit your trade, your site and your schedule. You also get one point of contact at MC Labor Sources for the length of the assignment.
Do your workers arrive with safety equipment?
Yes. We make sure our tradesmen arrive at every jobsite with the proper personal protective equipment and follow all safety guidelines. We provide hard hats, safety vests, cut resistant gloves, safety glasses and masks. See our safety standards.
